Kaiber (カイバー, Kaibā) is a member of the extinct Goma. Due to circumstances, Kaiber was the only one not present for the great massacre directed at his race at the hands of the Saiyans. Due to this, he has an undying hatred of Saiyans, but he does not let that influence his ideals. He wishes to reverse the massacre with the help of the dragon balls.
