Metro City (メトロの都) is a large megalopolis on the other side of Earth, extremely bigger than West City. It is the main city in the timeline for Dragon Ball Rebirth. Out of the 43 regions that the Earth is divided into, it is included in region 24.

The Sarah Estate, is an extremely large piece of land within Metro City owned by multi-billion Zeniaire Sarah. On this land is the headquarters for her business, as well as her manor where she and her son live together.
